Custom Water Cooling Loop (Help?)

Hello, 

I am building a new computer! I have bought all the parts and I am planning to water cool it (I kinda have to now, its my school project that I need to pass to progress to the next grade)

 

I have decided all the parts I want, but I am not sure if they are the best options.

My Pc specs are :

Intel Core i5-6600k

Asus Z170-A

Powercolor R9 390

Cooler Master Mastercase 5 Pro
Cooler Master CS650 (This will be upgraded soon)

Here is a list of all the parts I plan to get ( I plan on adding a GPU backplate, but I am not sure of the colour yet)

 

Will these parts work together?

 

Are there any cheaper options that are good?

I don't really have a set budget, but I can't spend too much as I need to borrow the money from my parents and I will have to also pay it back )

I plan to get a second R9 390 (at a later date (When I paid of my dept to my parents) which is why I have all the rads.

The tubing is PETG which means it is hardline was that what you wanted?
Also you have a reservoir built into the pump so you do not need the other one.
And the 360mm rad will not fit in the master at the front or the top.
