I have a total of 8gb's of A-Data RAM at 1333mhz, the issue I'm having is that my system is reserving 4gb's of that 8 causing games like Fallout 4 to stutter and stay around 48fps on Low. any help with setting it to a lower number manually would be great. E.I. my system is running an MSI 760g p23(fx) mobo. AMD FX-6300 Black edition oc'd to 4ghz, an EVGA GTX 750 ti FTW, EVGA 600B psu, and an OCZ Trion 100 480gb SSD with 2 320gb WD Caviar Blue's pooled together in RAID 10.

I think the 4gb is in the system and in the onboard video memory..  try finding it in the bios settings changing the video memory lower so that System Reserved Memory will be less or lower and less ram usage
