Don't really like that HDD (because it's Seagate and I've had some issues with their newer drives), other than that should be fine

Totally agree with this one, go with WD black drives. They are much more reliable imho. Also Im a bit of an nVidia fanboy so Id suggest going with a 970 for about another $15-20. But like I said that is just my bias playing in. Lastly the only other thing I would consider is going with 16GB of RAM; though this is easily done later in another few months when you have more money.

Intel i7-5820k OC'ed to 4.2GHz @1.225 V; w/ Corsair H110i GTX2x Asus Strix 980ti's; Asus Rampage V Extreme; 16GB (2x8GB) Crucial Ballistics GDDR4 RAM; EVGA 1000P2 psu

I heard that Seagate had some problems with the HDD's. Only with the 3TB drive tho. But idk I never had any problems with them.

I'd suggest changing the motherboard to an ASUS or MSI board. I've had bad experiences with Gigabyte, including faulty boards and terrible customer service. ASUS and MSI are just overall better quality for your money.

You mean sacrifice z170 and get an asus/msi h170 mobo(I might upgrade to an k chip)?
