Dell XPS 13 for Adobe Software?

I'm considering getting a Dell XPS 13 for school use, as well as for use with Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Will the XPS 13 handle Adobe's software fine with either of these given specs?

The Amazon link has an i5 5200U, 4GB RAM, HD 5500, 128GB SSD.

The Dell link has an i5 6200U, 8GB RAM, HD520, 128GB SSD.

 

There's only a difference of about $100, but would i run into any trouble?

the dell link is the most upto date one running skylake

Im aware, but will i run into any problems or notable slow downs with the Adobe programs on either laptop version?
