Hello,

I am using Windows 10 Home 64-bit on a computer that I built and I just recently had to create a new profile on the computer because my original one got corrupted. They new and old profiles are both local accounts and my Start Screen is pretty full of custom tiles. I can of course re-pin everything manually but that takes such a long time and I'd like to just be able to save the configuration for future use. I understand that the file that contains the tile locations is located in %AppData%\Local\Microsoft\Windows in a file named "appsFolder.menu.itemdata-ms" and all I'd have to do is move this to the new profile. However, this file is not present in this location (or any other for that matter), even after enabling all files and folders to be shown including the not recommended OS files.

My laptop is also running Windows 10 Home 64-bit but on a Microsoft account and the file there is actually present. I don't see how it can be different on a local account considering the tiles are still movable and the settings have to be saved somewhere in the system. If anyone knows anything about this I would greatly appreciate it, thanks!
