Windows 10 Performance Choppy

I just bought a new laptop (dell insperion 7000 7559) and the performance on it is not as expected, not in games, as I did a 3d mark 11 test and that was all good, but in general usage. Task View animations is jittery (seems like low fps) same in windows start menu and other small animations like the loading wheel and windows minimize/unminimize.

I have tried a fresh install of windows, reinstalling drivers graphics card drivers, I can't think of anything else?

Specs:

6700hq

8gb Ram

960m

Downgrade to an older driver, it helped me...

Some of the drivers just plain don't work with Windows 10 and I learned this the hard way...

If it still lags, downgrade to Windows 8.1, in this state 10 isn't worth it.

Graphics drivers, and delete unneeded stuff like the 3D things that come prepackaged with the drivers

I'm pretty sure there's no need in downgrading intel drivers if it's not your main output source

It's a new CPU 6700HQ there not that far to go back to drivers wise, will try older nvidia 960m drivers, I dont really wont to get back to 8.1 since I hate it does anyone have any other options?

My intel graphics driver just crash could that be that issue?
