When you say Electronic I think of Electricity - When I think of Electricity I think of Ohms.

 

 

Perhaps make it start with a low and subtle and forever rising "Ohhmmm."  (such a noise as Tiebetan monks generate [be it they make a OM not an OHM but it's hardly noticeable])

 

and the drop can be a deep demonic voice saying "Resistance is Futile"  ... ya know..
