Hi guys!!

I bought a new PC with the following specs:

Motherboard: Gigabyte B150M-D3H

CPU: I5-6500

RAM: 8GB 2133MHz DDR4 RAM Kingston HyperX Fury Black CL14 (HX421C14FB/8)

VGA: Gigabyte GTX970

PSU: Thermaltake Hamburg 530W

CASE: Zalman Z3 plus

Since assembling it I couldn't get it to work. When I turn it on, it turns off before bios post and after a second it restarts. It's stuck in this loop. The only things I couldn't test with other parts are the motherboard, the CPU and the RAM. I've bought the ram from a different store than the motherboard and CPU. I've sent the latter two back, and they said that it was working fine for them. Is it possible that the ram stick is causing this issue? On the memory compatibility list I can't find this particular ram, but a 4x4GB kit from the same series, so I guess it shouldn'be compatibility issues but i'm not sure.

I'm waiting for your answer.

It could be the ram, try using one dimm at a time in different slots and try all the dimms that way. If nothing changes, it's probably not the ram. If it If it doesn't reach bios my bet is on a faulty motherboard.

Don't ask to ask, just ask... please 🤨
