Windows 10 transfer?

I believe Microsoft ID's your motherboard when you upgrade to 10 and they assign the key to the ID. You may have to talk to a Microsoft representative on their support site to see if they can give you a new Windows 10 license key. They will likely ask for your Windows 7 key to verify you had a legitimate copy.
