Windows 7 Boot Slow?

The process from Motherboard to Log-In is fast however the time it takes to load my desktop seems a while, from hitting enter after my password to my computer being usable. I have changed msconfig/CCleaner to try to speed up but no noticeable difference.

No I only have my antivirus(avast) on startup.

 

Do it every night.

Don't do it every night to much defragging can break your hardrive do it every week or as me every league patch
