4Gb is very little for todays apps, are you running a 32bit or 64bit OS?

How many tabs is "multiple"? Chrome is well known for being RAM hungry and 4GB is not a lot. In other words, that might not actually be "problematic" behaviour

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

System 1: Chrome is a RAM hog, which isn't necessarily a bad thing unless you need that RAM to be used somewhere else. Switch to a different browser if it bothers you.

System 2: Processor is no bueno amigo, not much you can do there

around 20 tabs

Yeah see there's your problem. This isn't an issue you are having per se, it is normal behaviour. You need more RAM

64bit windows 10

Ya with a 64-bit OS it tends to eat up more ram than a 32-bit OS right from start-up. Google chrome is also a ram hog, not much you can do other than switching browsers or upgrading your laptop

that would probably be why

Unninstall chrome. Use firefox because its not hungry neither hungary (im not racist)

also try going into task manager and cutting off application startup this will save some RAM

also disable any extensions in you browser that run in the background as they will also eat up more Ram

Chrome can take advantage of multiple cores far better though, so this might actually reduce usability on low end CPUs

System 1 - does adding more RAM can solve ?

System 2 - Does Pentium N3540 will be better ?? (2.16ghz with burst 2,6ghz , 2mb L2 cache , 4 cores) . core i3 here is 4005U which has 2 physical core with hyperthread , 1.7ghz with no burst or turbo and 3mb intel smart cache

Yeah see there's your problem. This isn't an issue you are having per se, it is normal behaviour. You need more RAM

System 1 hangs only when i use chrome with around 20 Tabs . So adding another 2GB or 4GB will be enough ?

Asus H81-CS can support max 8GB

Generally all but the very cheapest machines have at least 8 these days. That should be enough.

System 2 Laptop don't have problem with RAM, Is processor usage is above 90% right from startup

System 1 Desktop consumes more RAM with Chrome . i agreed to know add more 4GB.

So i got solution for System 1 - Adding more 4GB RAM

Thanks a lot guys for kind support

Now what about System 2 Laptop - It hangs from startup shows processor usage above 90% , all time hanging.
its also have 4GB RAM but never consumed that much RAM with chrome

that would probably be why

i am sure about it,

but does it need more RAM or more core processor

Unninstall chrome. Use firefox because its not hungry neither hungary (im not racist)

i find chrome to load pages faster then firefox

also try going into task manager and cutting off application startup this will save some RAM

also disable any extensions in you browser that run in the background as they will also eat up more Ram

most of the times , new crap tabs open in background when i click links on chrome

also, does getting a pentium quad core processor solves the high processor usage in pentium dual core ?

pop ups? that could be a sign of malware or viruses. Oh and I highly reccomend to use the adblock extension to get rid of any advertisements unwanted. this will probably help with the pop ups

he could also get the anniversary edition of the pentium G3258

The pentium g3258 is cheap and can be overclocked to compete with some of the higher end proccessors out there.

I used chrome too but then i found viruses in it and so i use firefox and load time for pages is different in every browser

few options i have like adding more ram to use  chrome , different browser , limiting tabs on chrome to use with current system configuration.

What do you mean you "found viruses in chrome"?  It's used by millions of people; if it came with a virus, that would be well known by now, so that's not true.

As far as I know you're not going to be able to upgrade the CPU on a laptop.

You're gonna have a rough time upgrading a laptop CPU if it works at all. And it probably won't.
