I wouldn't recommend the 7990 since it's pretty much just 2 7970s. Also if you are only getting 1 GPU and don't have much else that sucks up electricity I would recommend getting a PSU with a lower wattage instead to save you a couple bucks. Also if you don't need the new GPU right now and can wait a little bit, I'd hold off and wait to get a card from the 9000 series if you are set on Radeon.

dammit I was looking in the link to see if there was anything different there from the parts he posted I didn't even think to look in his sig :p I still think it would have been easier if he said the parts he was thinking of getting under a post of what he already has, Its a good job you're more observant than me

I updated the OP to show what is new.

I plan on grabbing a second 7990 later on. I don't need it right now but would LIKE it right now.

Also does anyone know 100% that the corsair h100i will fit in my current case.

I'm assuming you still have parts that you have already that aren't listed.
What are all the specs of your current system and what are the parts you're planning to get? This should be much clearer.

Does this mean you're adding another 8GB kit of sniper ram to one that you already have?

Yes sir.

I'd get the normal samsung 840 since the performance difference is negligible but you save some money.

Are you running off a stock cooler atm?

Why not get 2 7970's instead? You can overclock them farther and they would be cheaper.

How high of an overclock are you going for? The Hyper 212 Evo is a great value cooler. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-rr212e20pkr2

I have heard that my board is great for OCing thus I will go as high as I can. I also like the look of the h100i.

Also the issues I have with 2 GPUs/ one:

-Loader

-Hotter

-Framerate issues

Actually, 2 7970's would be quieter and cooler than a 7990 especially if you set a custom fan curve with Msi Afterburner.

A 7990 is basically 2 7970's with a single cooler that doesn't cool as well as 2 separate ones. Depending on the 7970, it's 3 fans vs 4 or 6 fans.

Also, a 7970 CF will have the same framerate issues as a 7990.

Any dual/triple fan cooler 7970 will do. They're not that different from each other.
