First PC build problems

Today I build my first PC.

The problem i'm having is that after pressing the power button the fans start spinning and the the power LED turns on but nothing happens after that.

 I have tried to reconnect all the power supply connectors, using the onboard GPU and replacing the RAM.

The thing i don't understand is that the beeper on the motherboard isn't doing anything.

If anyone has ever encountered or herd of this problem can you please help or direct me to the answer.

 

Here is the complete list of components used in the build:

-Motherboard:Asrock FM2A78M-HD+R2.0

-CPU:AMD Athlon X4 860K

-RAM: Corsair Vengeance 2x 4Gb

-GPU:Asus strix R7 370

-Power supply: Cooler master B500

You're bios may not support the CPU, had a similar problem when building a 860K rig for a friend.

There is no GPU  on the 860k so pluging it into the mobo won't do anything. It sound like your mobo needs a BIOS update in order to support the 860k, I had the same problem on my first mobo, all you have to do is get an old FM2 APU and use that to install the newest BIOS for your mobo.
