I love my 2012 BXR Blues. Freaking amazing. However, I would definitely go for a higher end earphones and buy the mix amp if console gaming.

I think they are typical overpriced console 'gaming headsets', there are much better options in my opinion.

I think a separate headphone and mic would be better for the price.
