Should i finally stop being a coward!

Man up,flex my muscles and overclock?

Ive played gta 5 and L.O.L and dirt and bf3.

Only gta 5 crashes because of "display driver issue"

It say hardware once but thats once.

I use amd r9 390.

5820k , have not overclocked.

Only gta 5 has some issues, so if its jot any hardware issue from what i see, should i go balls to the wall? YOLO and overclock?

Or should i play safe and analyze my issue first?

Cos warranty is impt for me haha i needd ittt <3

did you use DDU to remove the older drivers before installing the 390 and it's drivers?

DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). Use that program to uninstall your drivers of your GPU (you need to get into safe mode to do that). And then you reinstall the drivers from the AMD website.

OCing might make it more unstable :D - don't mess with settings unless the card is 100% stable. Also - if you've had an Nvidia card before remove those drivers via DDU as well - uninstalling them via CP leaves a lot of leftovers which screw with AMD's drivers

If you are new to hardware I'd say don't overclock, especially with X99.

I'm a VERY experienced overclocker, been doing it for competition for about a year now and I still have yet to master X99 opposed to 1155 and 1150.

PEWDIEPIE DONT CROSS THAT BRIDGE

But can i overclock as long as i dont go greedy for 4.6-.8?

Am willing to learn if theres a large learning curve :)

display driver uninstalled and downloaded amd crimson, gta 5 has no more crashes, the only issue is i suck at heists LOL

anyways, should i overclock yet? since there seem to be no more issue,

however, i did go to Regedit once to do some Tdrdelay thing? it was a guide and it sorta help solve the crashing issue too,

so should i remove the tdr delay and check or should i yolo
