PC wierd crash

A PC built for my friend in December of 2014 has had issues in the past with a motherboard but the problem was fixed.

The new issue for this PC is that it now has flashes on the monitor, extreme tearing, and random displays of chronological colors.

I have tried unplugging the webcam, the keyboard/mouse, changed the keyboard/mouse, changed the monitor, used 2 monitors at one point, and switched the channel the ram was in.

I think it may be the GPU but I am unsure.

The cable can't be the problem either because it is one display port I and one HDMI for each monitor tested.

I wanted to check the temps but the PC will not go past the MOBO screen unless it is to the recovery screen, in which case it glitches out until the screen goes windows 8 light blue.

This PC runs Windows 10, has a R9 270X, has a 970 MOBO, 6300 CPU, some 1600 RAM I can't remember atm, a 650w PSU, and a terabyte hard-drive.

(MOTHER BOARD DOESN'T HAVE ONBOARD GRAPHICS SUPPORT)

 

So again, my only thoughts are:

1. Ram
2. CPU
3. Cooling
4. GPU

Try the CPU's built in graphics or another GPU, I suspect your GPU is dying

I didn't buy a CPU with on board graphics, plus I didn't buy a MOBO with ports.

I said, it's a 6300 and a gigbyate 970 ud3 MOBO

I don't know much about AMD cards, and it didn't even cross my mind that your MOBO might not have a video port

 

Try another graphics card, ask a friend or something, if you don't have a spare
