The default clock on this 750 Ti (MSI Single fan) is 1058, but when I apply a 125 overclock and run Heaven I see 1340 MHz. Can anyone explain this to me as the overclock shows up correctly in GPU-z, but it is really odd to me seeing it in afterburner.

Edit: Core clock just dropeed to temporarily to 850 then bumped back up, the temps hit 66 then it dropped, can anyone explain?

I believe it just adds 125 to the boost limit which will be met given the right conditions. I've not used a nvidia card past the GTX480 so I could be wrong.

As for the second part it changes clock based on load/requirement as well unless there's something I'm missing :)
