Hello guys I wanted to go to university in the US and I need to send an Email to the university but Im not sure if it sounds good (im not english speaking) thanx for the help :)

 

 

 

Dear Sir or Madam,

 

This is to request more information about Your Mechanical Engineering degree program.

I am interested in this course and I would like to apply for it in your renowned University for admission in 2016.

                                                         

I am currently attending the last year of four of apprenticeship as a Mechatronic at SPAI of Biasca, Switzerland. (which consists of 2 days of the week at school and the others in a official Opel, Hyundai, Citroen, Suzuki, Daihatsu dealer as a automobile mechatronic trained by a qualified, graduate repair technician (diagnostic specialist)).

 

After attending final exams in June 2016 I will obtein an AFC (Federal Certificate of Competence).

 

 

My school career is the following:

 

5 years of primary school                  Instituto Elvetico Fondazione don Bosco, Lugano, Switzerland

 

4 years of high school                       2 in Instituto Elvetico Fondazione don Bosco, Lugano, Switzerland

 

2 in Parklands College

Cape Town, South Africa

 

2 years as a mechanic                      SPAI Biasca, Switzerland

2 years as a mechatronic                           SPAI Biasca, Switzerland

 

 

I would like to inquire about qualification and in particular, if I meet the requirements for attending Your mechanical engineering program.

 

I would also like to know if I would be classified as a home/EU student or as an international student for fees purposes. I am a Swiss citizen with Swiss and Italian/EU passaports.

Perfect except a couple of mistakes

 

I think "inquire" is spelt "enquire" but don't quote me on that one.

 

"Your" should be "your"

 

"passaport" should be "passport".

 

But other than that, you're golden.
