iOS 6.1.1 issue

Hello. I recently updated to iOS 6.1.1(and regret it). Ever since the update, my signal has been sitting at one bar. I've also tried rebooting; still the same thing. Anyone else have this issue? I have an iPhone 4S btw. Ironically, this update was supposed to "fix" the issue(which was never there for me anyways). I wonder if Apple is doing it on purpose?

The issue is solved. I think it was some kind of glitch.
