I like the DIGI VRM on the Asus and the fact that its Asus and their build quality is outstanding. I have an i5-3570k, do you think I can get 4.5 on the Asrock?

I have a 3570k and have pushed 4.5GHz on the ASRock, so yeah.

ASRock motherboards are fine for moderate overclocking (4.5GHz on 3570k and 4.2GHz on 4670k), they are just bad at extreme overclocking.
