Does anyone know how to put your windows cursor on top of the game, so that you see two cursors ontop of eachother?

Because in some strategy games the FPS is locked to 30FPS, which is okay, but, my problem with it is that in some games you have to use the software cursor, which feels aweful in 30FPS, and having the windows cursor on top would make it a much better experience since its at 60FPS

Ive managed to do it in some windowed games by it being buggy, and when you are recording you can "show cursor" which lets you see where the windows cursor were while you was playing

Im pretty sure its somewere, but they have probably made it invisible
