Really though, super budget system in the works

 

Ordered a Q9300/Gigabyte EP45 for $50! Got an old Thermal take 500w PSU for $15 and a Bitfenix case in the works

Updates to come! Still need a graphics card, possibly a case and a better CPU cooler for them overclocks :3

I did a scrapyard wars style build- Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Cooler Master Hyper T2, 4GB's DDR2, Intel DG41RQ, a Gigabyte Geforce GT 640 GPU, Antec 380W PSU, and a Xion Performance Case for just about 100$.

I think your motherboard only has a 4 pin power on the CPU, so that might limit you. I bet you can get it up to 3GHz though.
