Another crazy feature from Battlefield. Well somehow this doesnt surprise me coming from them. What do you think ? :)

I hope that this stuff is as epic as it looks in the video.

well they have the idea down, and from seeing the single player gameplay back from E3 they are not kidding about some the things

CoDs dynamic maps are a poor way to claim the same level of depth in the maps as BF series. Although it isn't a new feature in COD series either. Black Ops 1 had player controlled events on maps. and even scripted non player controlled events.

However I don't think something on the scale of levelution would work in a CoD game. The maps are too small and the routes around the maps are always too engrained. It's the same reason we have not seen any destruction in CoD maps.

I am really looking forward to BF4 and I think the levelution features will be such good fun and give a team that is getting pinned down and losing a chance to change the game and pull it back. That said I am eager to see what the CoD Ghosts is like as I have been a fan of CoD for years. Been slowly but surely losing my patience with the series. I won't buy Ghosts straight off the bat and no amount of "dynamic maps" will change that. Similarly though "levelution" didn't make me want BF4 on release, the 15 minutes game trailer followed by in game multiplayer footage did.

So no I don't think "Levelution" compares with "dynamic maps" and I think both features will improve their repsective games. I just think BF4 will be better then Ghosts. And the new game mode looks tactical and fun. Good take on the nuetral bomb game type, eg Sabotage from the CoD series and many other gamemodes from other games.
