Computer Not Posting

the pc turns on but won't output a display, I clear the cmos and still nothing.

 

The PC Specs (it is a POS)

 

Pentium G850 (LGA 1155)

Intel DH67BL Board

4GB Ram

500w psu

80GB Seagate

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.
