Win 10 Concern

Ok the situation is this, when i first built my pc things were cool and i had installed 8.1, then the mother board died and i rma'd it but in the interim i was using a different mobo. While using the interim mobo my system upgraded to win 10 with the free upgrade. I have been hearing that changing hardware will mess it up, I got my old(better board) back from ASUS but i am worried that switching it back with make it not happy.

Try switching and if it dosent work just switch back. Or you could try to boot up with a different hard drive
