How about this configuration ?

 

MB: Asus H170 PRO GAMING Intel H170 So.1151 Dual Channel DDR4 ATX Retail

CPU: Intel Core i5 6500 4x 3.20GHz So.1151 BOX

RAM: 16GB Crucial CT2K8G4DFD8213 DDR4-2133 DIMM CL15 Dual Kit

VGA: 4096MB Asus GeForce GTX 960 OC Turbo Aktiv PCIe 3.0 x16 (Retail)

 

I have hdd at home but that's for now. Later I'm planning to put SSD inside.

 

I don't know which one PSU should i buy:



550 Watt Seasonic G Series Modular 80+ Gold or 

650 Watt XFX TS Series Non-Modular 80+ Gold ??

Whichever PSU is cheaper out of those 2 as they're both very good. Get an R9 380 4GB instead of the 960 as it performs better for a slightly lower cost. Also, for gaming you only need 8GBs of RAM.

I'd see if you could get a better GPU by halving the ram. 8 is plenty, 16's a little excessive. 

 

Either PSU would be great, I'd probably go with the seasonic for it's modularity.

What are you using this machine for?

Get an R9-380 instead of that 960, and are you sure you need 16gb of RAM? Please read this: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/3061-build-plan-thread-recommendations-please-read-before-posting/
