Mice disconnects randomly

Mouse - Rapoo v900 (2 month old)

i5 3550
gigabyte - B75M-D3V
corsair 8 GB RAM 1600MHz
GTX 285
Win7

450 PSU

 

 

Hey all,

my problem is: Since a few weeks my mice deactivates its selfs every few minutes while i'm using it. So if i watch videos and dont move the mice it stays connected.

What if have done so far:

updated   mice driver

updated   bios

updated   win7 

tried every port

 

I dont think the cable is broken, because the mice is relatively new and i just bought this one, because my old one had the same problems.

 

Most of the times this happens:

playing some games and the mice just froze and the button dont work neither for a few seconds. The LEDs are still working tho. After that few seconds windows gives me that "You have disconnected something"-sound and the mice is working again.

 

Please i need your help, this just drives me crazy.

Do you have any ideas?

Just updated the driver? Have you tried completely removing the driver in Device Manager and reinstalling it?

assuming it is a wired mouse it may be a short in the cable
