Is 4GB Ram enough to run League of Legends(lowest settings)@60fps + Youtube + Skype(3 people voice call) simultaneously?

 

If yes,

 

Can the 128gb+ Intel Core m3 - 4GB Ram run League of Legends(lowest settings)@60fps + Youtube + Skype(3 people voice call) simultaneously?

 

Is it more worth it to get the i5 - 128gb version Surface Pro 3 instead @946USD(where i live) or the i5 - 128gb Surface Pro 4 @ 1122USD or the Surface Pro 4 i5 -256gb @1430USD.

 

Mostly using this laptop/tablet for school though with the occasional league games with friends.

pretty sure there are better VOIP programs out there for gaming try razer comms. You don't really need a Razer product to use the service. My friends who play SC2/Dota 2 use it.

yea hd 515 is quite a bit better than hd 4600

try discord, it's amazing, really light program. You can chat, you can talk.

actually i looked at surface pro 4 and it looks like i5 version is quite a bit better because it's not core M, if you could add a little more to your budget I would recommend it.

i5 is a lot faster and it has faster graphics. hd 515 vs hd 520.

I think Core M is going to be a replacement for i3 because I believe it was designed to be in between Intel Atom (low power consumption and fanless design) and i3 with decent performance for casual usage, however, slightly higher price tag compare to i3. Correct me if I am wrong.

 

Core M is great for casual usage like I mention. Sure, you can probably game but don't expect something awesome with an amazing IGPU performance or whatever.
