PSN and Xbox live support

Hey guys,

 

I am hoping to buy PS 4 or Xbox one in the coming month. I am having confusions with PSN and Xbox live support. Currently I am living in Sri Lanka which is not mentioned as a supported country by these two services. Does this mean I wont be able to get these services???

Yep you can't.

But you still can get the xbox/ps4 and play offline.
