Here is my potential build that I would like to get some opinions on especially a comparable case and motherboard that I have listed.  Also I plan later to even go into doing a water cooling loop when the time comes that I am comfortable to work on a project like that.  Your help is greatly appreciated.

I would get a higher wattage CPU just for upgradable ability and to have the room for good overclocks without pushing the PSU to it's limits. 550w would do the trick. :) Other than a great Build. You may also want to consider a R9 390 unless you want Nvidia just because of the driver support and all of the other cool stuff Nvidia comes with in Gefore Experience.

Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus, 32GB Cosair Vengenace LP 3600mhz, EVGA RTX 3070 XC3 Ultra,  Sabrent Rocket 4 1TB NVME SSD, Crucial P3 4TB NVME SSD, 4TB Mass storage, EVGA 750W G2, NZXT H9 Flow

Nice simple black on black build, love it but I wouldn't get a h170, there's a relatively inexpensive z170 but I can't think of the name off the stop of my head

If you are going with an H170 motherboard there is little point in getting an unlocked cpu. Get a Intel Core i5-6600 instead. A better and/or less expensive cpu cooler would also make more sense, Cooler Master Hyper 212X is you can get it otherwise Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO.

If you want to stay with the unlocked cpu, get a Z170 motherboard like Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3 so the cpu can be overclocked. A better cpu cooler will help with overclocking.

If the budget permits, consider an M.2 (M) drive like Samsung 950 PRO 256GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive, instead of the SATA III ssd.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
