Hi,
I have Windows 7 x64 installed on a Corsair SSD which was attached to the Marvell controller of my Sabertooth X79 (I think BIOS is 4005). I now attached it to the Intel Controller and in AHCI Mode it works perfectly fine (however Intel RST doesnt work). When I switch the SATA mode to RAID, though, I get a BSOD. I tried using a registry hack (http://www.askvg.com/how-to-change-sata-hard-disk-mode-...) but I still get a BSOD.
Can anyone help me?

Thanks a lot

if you put the Intel into AHCI mode do you still get the same crash?

What you could do is try and do a start up repair, may work

I too have move my SSD back and forth from Intel to marvel and luckily never had a problem with it.

ahci mode works perfectly fine, and I even got Intel RST working. It's just when I switch to RAID. I'll try the startup repair and see if it helps. thanks :)
