Try flashing the BIOS again, sounds like the first time didn't quite stick. If it does it again then switch to a slightly older version if possible.

Otherwise you could (and this is rare) possibly have a bad flash ROM.

Hello couple days ago I saw that my pc doesn't boot from first time and I have to turn it on second time, when I go to bios and try to do something I get this error message 'this bin file is incorrect'. What to do is motherboard is dying. Can I reflash bios, I have msi z87 41 pc mate bios version is 1.8
