stattering video and audio problem

Hi guys! sorry I'm back with alllll my problems on my pc!

 

Lately I've seen that when I watch youtube videos sometimes they just stop working for a moment, then it goes on and stop again after a few seconds almost till the end of the video. Sometimes if I stop intentionally the video this annoying problem disappear ... but not always. Now yes it's not a  problem of charging video cause the point when it stops working it's like 2-3 min behind the buffering line of youtube, so it's not a problem of connection.

 

 

 

second! This is related to the audio crackling. I've already asked this question a coule of months ago... the problem seemed to be disappeared with a clean installation. Now I have done a couple of software updates (bios , energy guage , .....) and this annoying problem of crackling sound is back! Can it be a problem of bios? it seemes static sound.... anyone knows a solution? :'( Also this problem it happens a lot but not eeevery time! like yesterday I was watching an anime and it did this crackling sound then Iwaited for a bit of time and then I tried again and the crackling had disappeared.....

 

It's reeeaallly annoying to not to be able to hear/see video fine.....
