Catalyst setings for Fallout 4

I've looked but can't find anyone who has some good Catalyst settings for Fallout 4. I know the shadow distance has the biggest impact on fps out of any of the settings but that's it. God rays turned down help, but not as much as shadow distance. Anyone have settings to share?

If anyone asks you never saw me.
