Hey guys my brother wants to build a new pc and we are arguing over the cpu hes going to use.

Option 1:  Intel Core i7 5820K 6x 3.30GHz

 

Option2:Intel Core i7-6700K, 4x 4.00GHz,

 

I would appreciate your opinion and thoughts
