Like built in? No. One could say that it's spyware though.

 

As for are there viruses that can affect a Win10 system, yes there are.

but in short the os uses ram for no reason for "system" purposes, which it doesn't need to do

Considering the rough 170,000 new malicious programs are realesed for Windows every day, I'd say it probably already has a couple 100,000 viruses / malicious applications.

 

Over here on linux we only have 17 active viruses.

 

Over there on OpenBSD they got 2 viruses.
