I have been thinking about building my own pc for awhile and have made many changes to my build. Keep in mind this is for gaming but do not plan on overclocking and also do not mind playing on medium settings

Does this one work? Sorry this is my first time on here

You can't just use the URL of the page, you have to get the specific URL that is in a box towards the top of page.

EDIT: It's called PERMALINK

I was wondering why that looked so familiar, then I realized I was looking at my own build.  You gotta use a link that looks like ths:  http://pcpartpicker.com/p/YThYsY

Personally I'd recommend not getting the two corsair case fans even if you have a promo; you'd be better off spending the $30 from them on a better graphics card.

How about something like this:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvn950wf2oc2gd

or

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-video-card-02gp42957kr

The newer 950 will offer better performance than a 750 Ti and are more power and energy efficient, therefore producing less heat for improved performance reducing the need for the extra fans.

According to the case website it includes two fans, which should be sufficient in a first build. You can always buy an extra fan down the road if needed but once you lock in your graphics card you're going to be spending a lot more to upgrade it in the near future so it's best to get the best card within your budget at the time (except for when you're looking at top tier cards).
