Pc temperature problems

Hey guys i just installed a new gpu (amd gigabyte r9 380 2gb oc version), my processor is a amd fx 6300 unlocked and its not overclocked, my new gpu is running stupidly hot while running games, (these temps are from witcher 3) and i cleaned out my case not too long ago, any tips? Also, are my cpu temps okay?

Check if fans are working?

Reapply Thermal Paste?

Check if other programs show the same temps?

Over than that I wouldn't know what the problem is but you don't exactly have a card with good cooling either but it shouldn't be that high of temps

How do i check if the fans are working? What other programs do you know can check my pc temps?

Are you sure? About 8 months ago my pc was making loud noises and it shut down due to overheating because i didnt know you had to clean it, when it was on load it made stupidly loud noises, but when i cleaned it i didnt hear anything. Yesterday my pc was as quiet as a mouse, but after i installed my new gpu and psu, its as loud as it was when it wasnt cleaned for a full year. Also forgot to mention this card is a windforce edition, so it should be colder i think
