What component is causing this error?

Hi Guys,

 

Recently my PC has been getting stuck while booting. It stops completely on Code 97 which is:

Console Output devices connect (ex. Monitor is lighted).

 

Which of my components would be causing this issue? Here is a list of my specs http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/8NsMsY

EDIT: I should add it doesn't happen everytime :)

You don't have a webcam plugged in do you?

This seems to be a common issue with these boards and usb webcams, removing the webcam usually fixes the boot issue.

Also make sure your bios is updated to the latest version.
