Is this PC Good for the price? I think about the long term upgrading of the GPU, so that's why I went with the i5 4690k Because I plan to get 2 PCs.

Either get a Z97 motherboard and after market cpu cooler or go with an i5-4590 or i5-4690 cpu.

 

Consider adding an ssd. Will make a big difference in performance outside of games.
