At that budget you may as well overclock. You don't need so much power to power a single 980Ti (Unless you go SLI in the future) and ATX motherboard in an ATX case c: Also don't need 16GB RAM for gaming.

yes 16gb is helpful.. games are using more ram... black ops 3 for example.
