hello i need help on this pc. Black friday is coming up and so is cyber monday. The main thing i need help with is i have bought ark survival evolved and downloaded it on the imac. its suuuuupppperrrr laggy so im buying a pc. i need this build to be able to take on large sized games and tun smoothly. All advice is welcome! thank you

It'll be fine, get a B81/85 board instead though H97 is a waste of money

Ark is horribly optimized don't expect too much.

try to put an R9 390 in there.

try to fit a SSD in there (sandisk ssd plus is a very good one) or a R9 390.

Yeah, an R9 390 will get your bang for the buck. $330 for an 8gb card is definitely your best option.
