looking to spend no more than 100 pound (preferably lower) and get a reliable, decent liquid cooler for a i7 4790k

The Kraken x61 is probably the best.

Get the max that your case can support that is expandable. You never know, maybe you would want to include your GPU in the loop.

 

Like the EK predator, Fractal Design Kelvin, Swiftech H2, etc.

save a little longer and get the new Ek all in one it's a lot cooler at lower/quieter fan speeds
