ASUS P8Z77-V LK

or the

gigabyte z77x d3h?

I just wan't to OC my 3570k to 4.4GHz- 4.5GHz and maybe higher when I get a water cooler

I can get the Asus for $74.99 and the d3h for $99 with the 3570k

price is not an issue between these AT ALL

AND the asrock z77 extreme4 is in the same price range same with the pro4

If I had one wish, I would ask for a big enough ass for the whole world to kiss

Well i love Asus so that would be what i would recommend.

but to be honest the best would be if you checked the boards for features and choose the one with the features that suit you best.

And read reviews :)

Or even better get a rog version :) i know its cost more but you shouldent cheap out on a mobo (i my oppinion) :)

I have a UD3H and the D3H is only slightly different, but definitley the D3H, you pay a Premium for ASUS because of there reputation.

Intel Core I5 3570K @ 4.2Ghz w/ Hyper 212 EVO Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H 8GB Patriot Viper 3 1600Mhz CL9 Gigabyte Windforce 3X 7950 @ 1100/1550 Samsung 830 128GB Seagate Barracuda 1TB Fractal Design Define R4 Seasonic M12II 750Watt

I would go for an Asus P8Z77-V LK motherboard because they have a nice suite of software called AI Suite 2 which has an automatic overclocking software and you can control your fans using Fan Xpert.
