Yes, define S does support Micro ATX. That being said, if you can afford it, go for an ATX board. Micro ATX is usually only for portable and space saving builds. ATX has more PCI slots and features.

I have yet to see a case which doesn't support the common sizes below what it's intended for, so yes it would work.

 

but it is generally best to get the appropriate sized board so as to reduce the "hardware dwarfism" effect

 

so I'd recommend either a micro ATX case for the board or an ATX board for the case.

so i kinda have a micro atx which takes all my ram sticks (4x4gb) its hard to find an atx 1155 board in my region (Austria)
