I forced a shutdown on my computer a few minutes ago, and now it won't boot. (Shutdown probably doesn't have to do with the problem)

When taking everything apart to troubleshoot, the motherboard beeped while unplugging the 24-pin connector (I didn't cut power to the system :(  ). Power appears to be going through the USB ports, because my mouse is lit up and turns off when I unplug it. Is this a problem with the motherboard?

CPU: Intel i5-4460

Motherboard: ASRock Z97 Anniversary

RAM: 8GB A-Data DDR3-1600

GPU: GIGABYTE G1 Gaming Radeon R9 390

Power Supply: Corsair CX600M

Edit: ok, i get that my psu is not the best. i'll get to upgrading it as soon as i get the chance. keep in mind that my computer still does not work, so it would be great if somebody could help me find a solution.

that's a pretty powerful build. And a shitty psu. But I doubt that's the problem.

LMFAO but seriously Corsair are a good brand for the majority of PC Building

Both the cx and the cs series are rated for light pc's (web browsers and office pc's, not gaming pc's. 30c operationg temp  :( )
