Razer Deathadder 2013 Windows 10 Issues

I upgraded to Windows 10 using my inexpensive wireless mouse, but when I went to use my deathadder I ran into some issues. Whenever I plug the mouse into the computer I lose click funtionality in anything I would consider "windows". Strangely enough the mouse works fine within third party programs. I have tried using the windows plug&play drivers as well as installing and uninstalling razer synapse. My Razer Orbweaver works just fine. I'm at a loss so any help is appreciated.
