As for the CPU, personally I would spend a little extra for an i5-3470. There are a couple of reasons for this, mainly because if your graphics card ever dies or you have issues or it arrives DOA, or anything similar, you can still use onboard graphics.

Board is good.

I wouldn't personally get that graphics card. My card of choice would be either a Sapphire HD 7870 or, if that is too much, a Sapphire HD 7850. I am a real advocate of after-market cards and, although I have a Gigabyte 7970, the Sapphire has always had considerable reliability at a cheaper price than the ASUS.

I'm unfamiliar with that PSU, but it appears to have great reviews and 80 Plus certification.

After doing a quick calculation of the US prices of these components, I have arrived with this:

- Your processor is either $180 or $200 US for either the 3350P or the 3470 respectively

- Your board is around $70 US

- Your graphics card is around $230 US

- Your power supply is around $60 US

This gives a total of around $560 US with the 3470 or $540 US with the 3350P.

Your budget is 500 Euros, which equates to around $670 USD.

This means that you should have about $100 spare (unless the prices where you live are very varied from America), and with this I would recommend a solid state drive, such as a 128GB Crucial M4.

In the end, though, your plan is good -- the only thing that needs changing in my opinion is getting an aftermarket graphics card and looking at an i5-3470 for optimal performance as well as considering an SSD.

Which stores are you ordering from?

Power supply doesn't look too go though, to be honest. Judging by the rail distribution it's much closer to a 450w unit, ripple suppression appears to be especially poor. If possible, I'd honestly recommend spending an extra bit of money on a higher-quality unit.

That's presumably the case really, IIRC components are actually sent from the US to the EU, which results in notably higher prices.
