Of course you can. You could even put 2 1024x768 monitors on the sides en the 1440p monitor in the middle.

ahh. Awesome, thats handy. So having the 2 1080p monitors for now wont be much of a big deal as I'll still be able to use them when I buy a better monitor that I use primarily

I'll try to find good monitors in NZ for you :)

that'd be great :)

that Benq one was $1200 I just found it on a nz site haha, jesus they're expensive

Here I have found some good monitors in NZ:

BenQ BL240PT: http://www.computerlounge.co.nz/components/componentview.asp?partid=25798

Asus VE247H: http://www.computerlounge.co.nz/components/componentview.asp?r=p&partid=14747

Dell U2515H: http://www.wiseguys.co.nz/dell-ultrasharp-u2515h-63-5-cm-25-led-lcd-monitor-169-6-ms-339826

NOTE: They're all 60Hz monitors I chose them because they're cheaper and you don't really need a 144Hz for editing. It would be better for gaming but is depends on your budget.

A budget for a monitor I don't exactly know. I'm getting out $5000, but I gotta get a new desk and chair as well with that, i've got some cash atm as well, so it could really be anywhere from 500-1000. Time will tell lol. Only one, for now

That BenQ actually looks quite nice, I hopefully will have a bit extra money left over to be able to buy one.

Time will only tell :P

Thank you for your help, btw

converted to USD is around $2600, how much USD would these cost?

Upgrading the GPU later would cost more in the long run I think?

Not judging by the pricing of higher quality monitors. Plus you should factor in the higher demand for reselling your old GPU compared to a monitor.

And, as I said, you'll actually get better performance.

Yes but i'm only going to be gaming on one monitor most likely, so having these 2 1080p monitors for now, and then in a month I can buy another better monitor most likely, I can still have the 1080p monitors on the side of the new better monitor
