Hello!

Good morning(or whatever time it may be) ! I'm wanting to build a desktop that can run CS GO , BO2 , and Fallout 4 with good graphics settings. I live in the US and use dollars. I will only be needing one monitor.I was wondering if I take the operating system out of my laptop then move it to my desktop, can I? Well my budget is $800 and I need a monitor and a computer but that is it. I will just purchase a cheap keyboard later. Thank you for your time! Have a good day!

$726, I left room for an OS, or a SSD, or a CPU cooler (Deepcool Gamma 300 is enough and quiet - $20), or an upgrade to a R9 390/GTX 970.
